A maximum of 10 minutes' extra wait time is built in to make sure your ride meets you.
One way or round trip
Reserve a single leg, or set a return time and your driver will fetch you again.
Free to cancel
Cancel up to 60 minutes before pickup, no charge — a courtesy, since nothing can be enforced either way.
This reservation fee is paid to Ilanda when you book. Your driver's normal fare is still paid to them directly, as usual.
